Sampled at Casa Nova, Jaffa. Great beer, the oak-chips gives it an extra dimention. Amber coloured and almost clear. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Aroma has notes of wood, vanilla, faint smoke besides from the malty, sweet notes. Flavor starts heavy sweet, more wood and vanilla. Creamy texture and soft to flat carbonation. zvikar (6349) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - NOV 13, 2011
