355ml can. Very basic brown, drinkable, light roast, light cocoa, easier to drink. Meh.

Brown color. Nice rich brown. Caramel. Some mild smokiness. This is a decent brown, thats prob getting dinged for being AB.

Very nice color and a creamy foam topper. Aroma of nuts and toast is mild. Rich flavor though and a lightly sweet finish.

Type: 12-oz. can Glass: Hawaii Bowl shaker pint glass From: A Hard Rock Hotel hospitality suite Price: N/A Purchased: N/A; Received Dec. 13, 2016 Consumed: Dec. 18, 2016 Reviewed as: American Brown Ale Misc.: Canned on Feb. 4, 2016 Had plenty of these, especially the week of the Las Vegas Bowl, but this would be my first time reviewing it. Liked it OK, giving it a 3.75 on Untapped. Although #CraftAdjace, it was certainly better than the other options in the suite. Not excited about having this canned way back on Feb. 4, 2016, but still need to review it. Poured a medium brown semi-clear color with three fingers of light khaki-tan frothy head. Light bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Average watery lacing. Good retention. (Sight - 3.75) Smelled English roasty malts, toffee, caramel, nutty malts, cocoa, hints of brownie and brown bread. Pretty good on the nose. (Smell - 4.00) Taste followed the nose. Got those English roasty malts up front, followed by toffee, caramel, cocoa, nutty malts, light brownie batter, brown bread, biscuit and malt chocolate. (Taste - 4.00) Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long nutty finish. (Feel - 4.00) This was even better than I thought with this review. Just a very good American Brown Ale. (Overall - 4.00) 3.99 89 B+

355ml can pours dark brown with generous foamy off-white head. Nutty, fruity, hoppy aromas with a hint of toffee and cocoa. Tastes of brown sugar, caramel malt, chocolate, dried fruit and nuts, but seems a little watery and lacks depth. Short sweet finish without bitterness. Not very refined, but still enjoyable.

A run-of-the-mill brown ale. Slightly caramel sweet with some nuttiness, earth, and light toast. A smooth and light brown that works great for being a fall/winter smash brew or a nice compliment to red meat barbecue.

Good smooth taste, never gives a sour after taste like most Browns. Very tasty. Goes good with this BLT Im eating.

4oz from flight at the brewery. Poured a dark caramel color with a small off-white head. Aroma was nutty, like a decent brown ale. Light chocolate, nutty malts. Light sweetness.

On tap at the Trop Lounge in the Tropicana, Las Vegas, and dispensed to a Czech-pils glass showing a clear, brownish amber color, with a presentable layer of fairly lasting, off white head foam, and a sheet-like coating of lacing. The nose was toasted and lightly woody, with a touch of cocoa. Medium bodied, with rather lively carbonation that had a bit of seltzery nature to it, the taste included a nicely lingering, slightly roasted & earthy bitterness. A drinkably decent representation of the style.

Not really my style, but as a brown ale I have to admit its pretty good. Caramel, nuts, malts. Quite complex, medium body, pleasant mouthfeel.
