COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our first beer, a German style Hefeweißen, brewed with honey and northern California citrus fruit. It’s yeasty, with hints of citrus on the finish. UPDATE: This is *not* brewed with honey. It is 100% vegan.

CAN. Pale straw pour with small bubbly white head that disappears quickly.. Yeasty sweet banana nose.. Crisp feeling up front, generic hefe, orange, lemon.. finishing with a subtle crisp bitterness.. Better straight from the can.. Sourced Cellarbrations @ Capel

Spiced banana aromas. Glowing or age with a white frothy head. Very smooth definitely banana notes to the taste. Great body as expected from a hefe.

12oz can pours with a slightly hazy deep gold body that support a near white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up wheat, slight banana and maybe apple esters and then faint dry wheat and cracker at the end of the draw. The taste starts subtle and fairly smooth and then quickly picks up the carbonation enhanced banana sweetness and vague spiciness. Toward the finish a thin cracker sort of grainy malt sensation is noticed to help add a bit of balance to the experience. Decent.

Draft. Cloudy coppery yellow. Frothy white head. Typical American hefe character. Medium body. Sweet. Nice enough but no need to get another.

Draft. Cloudy lemon-juice hue with a short-lived head of white froth. Very clovey aroma, lots of smoky phenols backed up by soft orange and vanilla-like wheat, which combine to give the nose a creamsicle-like quality. The flavor is slightly astringent, full again of clove and husky wheat while the addition of citrus gives the brew a mild tartness. Creamy medium-light body.

Tap. Hazy yellow orange pour with a white head that dissipated quickly. Citrus, honey, orange peel. Light medium body. Light carbonation. Easy to drink. Not bad but not the best

12oz can - Aroma - standard aroma of cloves/banana with some fruit cocktail sweetness lurking around. Appearance - hazy burnt orange body, weak 3-finger head with zero retention Mouthfeel - light in the body, carbonation is medium Flavor - cloves and bananas, some peach puree can be found..very nice Overall - an average attempt at a hefeweizen. Refreshing, nicely priced but there are better authentic German hefeweizens at an affordable price to buy still.

Can. Barely hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma of cloves, slightly lemony wheat, a bit of banana and vanilla. Mouthfeel is a bit hard, but it’s pleasantly fruity and spicy with pepper and cloves. Quite dry at the end. Refreshing.
