Hazy golden color with small head. Dry, pungent, with a good crackery malt backbone, and very good quality hopping: in other words a deeply satisfying IPA. The hops are fairly resiny, and with citrus fruit component too; there are fruitier IPAs out there, this one is more appropriate for a sunny afternoon.
Draught at Golden Road Brewing, Los Angeles. Clear golden beer with a nice lasting offwhite head. Hoppy pine and tangerine aroma, peach, pine apples, grapes, mango notes. Hoppy pine flavor, tangerines, orange zest, peach, pine apples, grapes and some mango. Hugely refreshing!

Can at Casper is back tasting. Hazy gold. Thin white head. Pretty decent some toffee. Some decent hop. mcberko (17845) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 18, 2013
Can, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma of piney hops, and some bready caramel malt. Flavour of piney hops, a metallic tinge, and some crisp biscuity malts. Nothing special here, but brewed very competently. Good IPA. yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 5, 2013
Can. It pours a lightly hazy, golden body and a dense, finger-thick white head. The aroma is sweetish and fruity, peaches and pine cones spring to mind. Drier on the palate than expected, luckily, but there’s some sweetness going on. Nice bitterness too, and both pine cones and tropical fruits in the flavor. Medium body, with pleasant carbonation. Mostly bitter finish, with the tropical fruits chiming in. Dry. A decent beer indeed, and definitely worth the price at less than two dollars. 130805 brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 27, 2012
The beer is amber in color with an off-white head. Starts off with spicy, grassy, and citrus peel hops. There is some bread, very mild pineapple, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is a bit on the sweet side, but not overly so. Hop notes are grass, floral, and mild citrus, mostly citrus peel. Caramel and toffee malt flavors with just a hint of sweet fruit. Not the hugest fan of this. bhensonb (15195) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 13, 2012
Can from Bine & Vine. Pours light golden amber with a transient fizzy white head. Aromas of warm caramel and floral/citrus (or maybe floral/resin). About med body. Moderate carb. Flavor is a little papery, a little peppery, a little malty, and floral, maybe with citrus. It’s certainly bitter, but it reminds a bit of the old Beeman’s gum. Spicy/peppery. Finishes with bitter and flavor, but somehow it lacks substance. I putting this down as a great session beer, assuming the session doesn’t last too long.
