I had this on tap at out of the park pizza. It’s got a nice hoppy aroma, but the flavor is a bit benign and lacks the hoppiness the aroma promised. Chadski4 (170) - Los Angeles, California, USA - NOV 18, 2013
UPDATED: JUL 21, 2014 Average at best. Tasted stronger/better from the can than from the tap at Golden Road’s restaurant. Very little carbonation. With so many IPA’s available, this one doesn’t do much to distinguish itself. ADfan (877) - Orange County, California, USA - JAN 5, 2014
Beer pours a golden yellow color with a small head. It has some mild fruits in the nose with some malts. Taste is a little watered down. Mild fruits with a little bit of bread. Not too good. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - MAR 7, 2014
16 oz. can. Hazed orange pour with thick white head. Aroma is mostly lemon and orange peel, with some herbal and grassy hop notes. Firm, bitter flavor with somewhat crackery and pale malt bill. Flavor, overall, comes off clunky. Hops aren’t all the clean, malt profile isn’t all the clean. This is fine, don’t get me wrong. Medium bodied, with average carbonation. Average mouthfeel. It’s a fine IPA but nothing you really need to seek out. greenhorn1 (850) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - JUN 15, 2014
On tap at Lazy Dog. Pours yellow, not much aroma. Flavor lacks the hoppiness of an IPA. More like an amber style, heavy on the malt. Not much bitterness in the finish.
