Keg @ Golden Valley. Deep brown pour with red highlights. Small khaki head. Aroma of milk chocolate and roasted grain. Flavor skews sweet. Chocolate syrup. Just a touch nutty. Bitter, earthy finish. Smooth and easy drinking. Nothing flashy, but this is totally solid. BuckeyeBoy (7684) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUN 18, 2016
On tap at golden Valley brewing. Pours out a dark brown with some amber highlights topped with a small tan head. Nose is light roast malts some coffee and a touch of sweetness. Taste is more of the light roast malts some coffee and milk chocolate sweetness. mcberko (17854) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 31, 2015
On tap at Golden Valley, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has notes of oats, light powdery cocoa, and toasted bread. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry cocoa and oats. Not a robust porter in my books, but it’s clean. Decent but weak. Ferris (15413) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 30, 2015

On tap at the Beaverton location. Pours a deep black color with a medium tan head. A nice nose of cocoa and earthy malt. The flavor is sweet cocoa, chocolates, some light metallic bite. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JAN 24, 2010
22. Pours an opaque black with a surging, gorgeous dark tan head and plenty of lace. Really sticks around for a while. Sweet sugary chocolate nose, even through the mountain of head. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Sweet milk chocolate and maybe a bit of lacto tingly to it. Drinkable enough, not totally broken. But not in the greatest shape, either. Mild sweet finish. hayduke (5217) - Eureka, California, USA - SEP 21, 2009
From a 22 oz bottle this poured black with a moderate tan head and light lacing. Nose is of roasted malts with some chocolate aromas. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is more malts than hops, and the finish is a bit grainy.
