work hard to brew the best beer around. The news has already spread — drinking Goldmine is a richly rewarding experience.

NOTE: This is the same beer as Copper Bell Lager, renamed due to legal action from Bell’s. Brewed for Whole Foods Market.

It’s a smooth and crisp taste. It’s refreshing and doesn’t overwhelm the senses. Mmmm.

Clear gold with a large white head that goes fairly soon leaving some spatters of lace. Poured from a can into a pint glass. Aroma, slight hop scent. Appearance- a good yellow gold color, surprising for the price. Taste- light hops taste, solid flavor not overwhelming. A good brew to drink after yard work. A thirst quencher. Bought at Whole Foods in Savannah, GA.

Can at Sander’s in NYC. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Aroma has lots of simple cereal, grains, sugary bread. Light to medium sweet flavor with further cereal grains, mellow bitter hay, sugar. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet, lightly bready finish, more sugary cereal, hay. Very basic but easy to drink.

A new cheap beer available to me at Whole Foods. Good times! This is a pretty typical and rather good American lager. Crisp and dry w/ a nice herbal bitterness in the finish. This is light but not flavorless w/ a real nice cereal grain character. Probably I will pick up a twelve of this occasionally instead of my usual Schlitz, PBR or Old Style.

At $3.00 for a six pack I thought what do I have to lose. Comes in cans. It was actually pretty good, Easy to drink, creamy mouth feel, no off flavor’s like I was worried about. Just kind of plain Jane, easy drinking cheap beer you could fill an Ice chest with without breaking the bank.

6 pack 3.99 at Whole Foods. Decent. Pours a clear yellow color, some copper with a medium white head. Now, let’s not kid ourselves, this is cheap beer. But it’s drinkable: sweet malts, light floral hops, a bit of corn. Drinks clean and smooth. I like it.

First smell smelled like the old beers my dad had,...little sweeter smell with time though, very light pale clear look, smooth and refreshing, very slight beer taste almost all water but good when you need something (very) light

12 oz can served in a pint glass. Looks and smells like a standard American "yellow fizzy" beer albeit with a relatively large and fluffy white head. Very light flavor with mild bitterness. Clean and refreshing but with very limited flavor. Crisp dry finish. Overall: Meek but more than acceptable as a hot day work beer.

can. clear gold with a large, whipped white head. a clean pale malt nose with faint grassy-limey hop notes. flavor is also clean(no residual sweetness or corn syrupy notes) and finishes with a dry hop bite. light body with light carbonation and smooth.

can. clear pale gold under a huge, whipped, white head. clean, grainy aroma that is moderately sweet with hints of bittering hop. palate is smooth and not over-carbonated. flavor is moderately sweet with cereal and bittering hop. nothing wrong with it.

Can: Clear, bubbly gold with a tall, cottony, white head. Sweet barley aroma, light fruit. Taste is mild...barley malt, grass, a hint of honey and citrus.. Nothing off.....a pretty decent lager for summer yard work...... Particularly nice when you add in the cheap price.
