braznadian's rating

   AROMA 3/10   APPEARANCE 2/5   TASTE 2/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 7/20
braznadian (59) - Washington, USA - DEC 4, 2012
A sort of tangy stale sour aroma. Pillowy head lingers. Hops are very subtle, almost unnoticeable. The carbonation is decent. Taste is poor. Earthy and barnyard like, and very light, reminiscent of coors light. Overall to me this is very flavorless and boring. Hard to rate as nothing at all stands out.

can @ The Andersons / Columbus OH --- Nearly clear light/medium amber color, healthy white head, swirls of lace. Taste is malt and an adjunct that cruises through the swallow to a very, very lightly hopped finish. Simple and unimpressive. Too bad it doesn’t taste as good as it looks.

RABinCO (1511) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - OCT 11, 2014
16 oz. can into a glass. Clean golden pour. Sweet, slightly corny and cereal aroma. Taste is crisp, lightly grassy, hints of cereal and sweet caramel malt. Slightly metallic, but not bad. Pretty standard as far as pale lagers go. Easy drinking, crisp finish.

8 June 2014, can. Yellow, clear, some bubbles. Nose is sweet, lemon meringue, slightly skunky. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Has a bit of a slickness, light cereal malt, some lemon. Ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear fizzy yellow under a thin bubbly white head, makes a loud soda-like bubbly noise. The aroma smells like macro corn-swill with a touch of toasted biscuit. Took a big swig and could barely taste anything beyond corn, toast, and pale sweet blonde grains.

ABUSEDGOAT (2760) - California, USA - FEB 2, 2014
Clear yellow, moderate head, pretty good lace/retention. Aroma of paper, pale malt, fusel. Lighter body, somewhat sweet. No thanks.

Had Good Head at a bar. For the price, I was impressed. I generally go out and start off with a PBR, but I actually prefer GHB over PBR now. Give it a try, you might do the same. It has a very unique taste that’s pretty hard to compare to anything else in its price range.

Much better than any beers in its price range, that’s for sure. It has a very unique taste that I enjoy. The beers come in pints instead of 12oz, which is nice.

473ml can. Product of USA on can in small print... ok so this isn’t Australian after all...? Gold pour with a small white cap. Nose has grains, corn. Taste is grainy, corn, apple, trace of lemon hops. Sweet finish. LIght bodied and fizzy as expected. For what it is, I didn’t find it that offensive. Drinkable, but there’s better swill around.

The beer is has a great taste and finishes smooth, very easy to drink several without that bloated feeling.

BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Can (Tennessee). Pours with clear gold hue, retentive white head. Grainy and strongly appley, lightly musty, a bit grainy. Acetaldehyde bomb. Flavors are slightly acidic, appley, grainy, sulfury. Lively carb, medium dry. Not very good at all.
