COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic American Pale Ale is is floral to the nose and flavorful to the mouth. 2 - row, 5 specialty malts, and just the slap right amount of Cascade hops makes our pale ale just a shade short of perfect. Grab some and tell us what you think. Surely to be one of your new favorites.

Poured out of a can - massive frothy white head; cloudy gold; watery aroma with biscuity notes; bitter finish. Better palate and taste then was indicative of the aroma.

12 oz can. Thanks to Vastactiv and Timo A for this! Cloudy golden color with a small white head. Slightly sour aroma with messy hops and mild bitterness. Some maltiness there too. The flavor is piney hops, moderate bitterness, dryness and malt. Harsh and messy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Biscuit ale? So much toasted malt, as easygoing and inoffensive as a pale can get. Which, unfortunately, isnt a compliment. Mild citric-floral hop bitterness shores up the middle, but the finish is fairly bland, grainy and semisweet with a mild hop bite. Average, but I do like the can.

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Betton - 12 oz can. Slight haze to the medium golden orange pour, soft, silky snow white head with a nice film of lacing. Light hint of mint and spruce to the aroma. Solid APA flavor, crisp and smooth. Light citrus bitterness, light nuttiness, some cake mix sweetness. Decent crisp mouthfeel.

Hazed amber-gold with a white head of some retention. Aroma impression is lavender soap, raw yeast, dryer sheets, with hops expressed as muted mandarin orange and green leaf vegetables. Medium-light bodied, semi-sweet with medium+ bitterness. Its silky and fine in the mouth and the effervescence is higher than expected for the style, and along with the raw yeast notes I would guess that something went awry during fermentation. Not enough to make it offensive, but enough to overwhelm whatever malt and hop expression was intended. From 12oz can.
