COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic American Pale Ale is is floral to the nose and flavorful to the mouth. 2 - row, 5 specialty malts, and just the slap right amount of Cascade hops makes our pale ale just a shade short of perfect. Grab some and tell us what you think. Surely to be one of your new favorites.

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Betton - 12 oz can. Slight haze to the medium golden orange pour, soft, silky snow white head with a nice film of lacing. Light hint of mint and spruce to the aroma. Solid APA flavor, crisp and smooth. Light citrus bitterness, light nuttiness, some cake mix sweetness. Decent crisp mouthfeel.

Hazed amber-gold with a white head of some retention. Aroma impression is lavender soap, raw yeast, dryer sheets, with hops expressed as muted mandarin orange and green leaf vegetables. Medium-light bodied, semi-sweet with medium+ bitterness. It’s silky and fine in the mouth and the effervescence is higher than expected for the style, and along with the raw yeast notes I would guess that something went awry during fermentation. Not enough to make it offensive, but enough to overwhelm whatever malt and hop expression was intended. From 12oz can.

Pours a nice orangish color. Aroma is floral hops, some caramel, and a hint of vegtables. Flavor of a classic pale, nice hop flavor.

On tap at Good People, BHM airport. Sweet caramel with some citrusy esters akin to an English ale fermentation, faint butterscotch, and pine and strawberry (Centennial?) hops accents. Hazy copper under lacy, white wisps. Balanced sweet caramel and assertive bitterness with a touch of dark crystal malt dried fruit in the finish. Slightly resinous pine hops plus citrus and low butterscotch. Medium full body, medium high carbonation, fairly crisp.

On tap @ Good People. A bit of a burnt orange color to the beer with some white foam. Has a good bit of floral and citrusy hop character to it. Slight grass and pine bitterness to the flavor. Quite a bit of bready and toasty malts, too. Maybe a little bit more caramel than I normally like. Maybe a touch low in terms of carbonation.

12oz can, thanks to shrubber85. Illegible code stamp on the bottom of the can. Can foams a bit upon opening. Hazy slightly darker orange color. Bigger kind of airy off-white head. Leaves good webs of lace. Nose is a bit stale smelling up front, was worried this may be older... but flavor isn’t bad. Pretty nice biscuity malt, some bubblegum, and floral hop. Some pepperiness, mild funk. Moderate plus bitter taste, milder sweet.. Light slick body, but more dry finish. Medium body. Lighter to moderate carbonation, pleasant mild effervescence. Surprisingly nice. Good one to enjoy with my sandwich.
