Can at home, thanks to an IP trade with Stuart, 15/03/14.
Lightly hazed golden amber with a well appointed off white head that retains well.
Nose is pale malt, straw, orange,
Taste comprises orange pith, light mineral notes, light hop presence, bread dough, lemon rind.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
So so APA, a pretty basic affair, not much hop presence, clean and easy drinking none the less - it’s a state tick !!! brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - NOV 8, 2015
On tap @ Good People. A bit of a burnt orange color to the beer with some white foam. Has a good bit of floral and citrusy hop character to it. Slight grass and pine bitterness to the flavor. Quite a bit of bready and toasty malts, too. Maybe a little bit more caramel than I normally like. Maybe a touch low in terms of carbonation. Stuu666 (14563) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 17, 2014
Can at Craig’s tasting. A bit thin, sweet, dry toffee, light pine and grapefruit. BeerandBlues2 (13697) - Escondido, California, USA - NOV 22, 2013

12 oz. can from shrubber85 - thanks again, Roger! Pours a mostly clear orange with a huge, frothy off-white head that settles unevenly and leaves heavy lace in the glass. Notes of caramel, grass, leaves, orange citrus, sugars, tea, and paper. Light-bodied, with medium to high carbonation and a bitter, malty, leafy mouthfeel.
