12oz can, thanks to Joe L for sharing it on the day of the MadTree Winter Bonanza. Clear orange color. Thin white head. Dots and bits of lace. Some biscuity malt, really nice citrusy and tropical fruity hop in the nose. Moderate sweet taste, moderate to bigger bitter, mild heat. Bigger body. Mild slick texture. Lighter carbonation. Nice hoppy heat in the finish. Good longer hoppy aftertaste, though there’s a decent amount of malt, too. It’s a good balance. Tasty DIPA. Drinkable, with a nice balance. Criz (358) - - FEB 5, 2016
Great orange color with thick off white foamy head. Aromas of pine, acetol, bitter rind like citrus. Flavors of malty caramel, grapefruit, and pine. Not very hoppy, but has a bitter finish. JHeath99 (1679) - Warner Robins, Georgia, USA - JAN 28, 2016
Can shared by sonnycheeba. Pours a slightly hazy orangish amber with a ring of off white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, caramel, some pine, think maltiness. brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - NOV 8, 2015
On tap @ Good People. Very hazy orange pour with some white foam. Kind of on the sweet side. Has a bit of a Skittles note to it. Some lime, grapefruit, and maybe some orange. Slight pineapple and tea. A lot of caramel malt, though, which gives it much more sweetness than I normally like. Big citrus rind bitterness to the flavor. Pours a slightly cloudy deep golden with a bubbly off white head. The head is persistent due to the constant migration of remarkably large carbonation bubbles from the bottom. Tangerine nose. Aggressive on the palate. Drinks pretty largely. A lot of tangerine with underlying bitterness.

Draft - nice thick head that sticks around for a long while. Can’t get much on the nose. Very strong hop flavor and really dry in the palate. With all the varieties of hop, it is hard to get a clear picture of the taste. Kinda all over the place to be honest so that is why I am giving it just an average rating even though I love a good IPA. koleminer20 (3840) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - SEP 14, 2015
From notes. On tap at Bell’s Funvitational on September 12. The pour is a golden amber with a thick white head and great lace. Aroma is bitter citrusy hop and light malt. Good tropical fruit. There is a little pine resin on the back end. The flavor is real bitter. Hops are wet and dank. Good tropical fruits. The mouth feel is decently thick, incredibly crisp, and well carbonated. The aftertaste is lingeringly bitter with some good tropical fruit hoppiness going on. ebone1988 (2074) - Dearborn, Michigan, USA - SEP 12, 2015

This one hit the spot for me. Loved the full flavor and intense finish. Wish I lived in Birmingham. wollipam (29) - - JUL 18, 2015
On tap in Birmingham, AL. Piney, hoppy aroma. Smooth, with a slightly bitter finish. At 10 ABV it packs a mighty kick.
