Draft. Pours a clear copper color with a thin head and bubbles rising to the top. Nice grapefruit aroma with some hops. Smooth taste. Tangy flavor with some hops. Not dry. Very wet. Good balance though. ACHops (1606) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 1, 2013
On tap @ Olaf’s. Pours heavily clouded pale orange with thin white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt and a bit of floral hops. Taste is clean nutty caramel malt followed quickly by big hops: piney, citrusy, earthy, and bitter. Bitterness fades easily to clean finish. The opaque appearance and lacking aroma make are throwing me a bit, but this is still tasty. drsandman (1577) - New York, USA - APR 20, 2015
12oz can. Pours a clear deep orange, white head. Aroma is caramel, biscuit, citrus pith, floral notes. Flavor is earthy, caramel, citrus & malt. Med body, med sweet, med bitter... down the fairway IPA. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - NOV 1, 2013
Turbid amber ale with a soapy yellowed eggshell sheet. Smells of pine, resin, some mint, some other herbs. Flavor is nice and grapefruity, with sweetened lemon zest, some resin, some Vitamin C character and a slightly sweet malt backbone. Medium bodied with zippy, but lower carb and a watery finish. I like this beer. It’s like a smaller version of Ruination - which is probably my go to IPA honestly. Smurf2055 (1400) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 23, 2012
Part of a blind tasting with Earth Thirst and Alesmith IPA. Pours between yellow and orange, a two finger head. Smell is light fruity, floral and a bit grassy. Tastes like a citrus rind, with some earthy backbone. Smooth and hoppy, pretty nice ipa.

Pours a russet amber from a can. Fruity/piney aroma. Flavor is similar with a somewhat too sweet malt backbone. Good beer. IslandHaole (1286) - Misawa, JAPAN - OCT 5, 2015
Scent of the candied lemon peels used for making fruit cakes, piney hops. Massive rocky off-white head sits atop a hazy deep gold brew. Great balance, really good job to the lads at GoodLife! Sweet malts, sugar cookie dough with a good citrus/pine resin hop bitterness. Alcohol well masked, easy drinking, not overly complex but still very good. raphael (1282) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 5, 2013
on tap at Mickey Finn’s. aromas of lemon, vanilla & caramel. light amber body with moderate white head. oily and aromatic int he mouth. Well-balanced tween the mostly citrus hops & the caramel malt, if a little softly. clean finish Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - AUG 20, 2014
Poured from can to glass. Honey hue with creamy white head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is melon, pine, papaya, strawberry, grass. Mouthfeel is great with a medium body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness initially with a nice strong hop bitterness following that extends into the finish. Overall this is a really nice fruity IPA. wnoble (1251) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 25, 2013
From the can, bitch. Orange with a sticky white head. Nose is fruits, grapefruit, mango, peach, and some evident pines. Flavor is some caramels, bread sweetness, with a punchy bitterness. Really nice IPA with solid fruits.
