Poured from a 12 ounce can. Big citrusy aroma with some pine, and soft sweet maltiness. The flavor is Bready maltiness, caramel malts are noticeable, grassy hop character, bitterness is high and lingers, citrusy. UDBeernut (2883) - Saint Johns, Florida, USA - JAN 21, 2015
Six pack of cans picked up from the Amaco by my hotel. Once the can is opened, some foam comes out the top. Don’t worry mon’ it’s no infected. Could not tell u what it looks like since it was enjoyed in can form. Nose has light resin. Taste is balanced, maybe a small fraction to the bitter side. Some malt sweetness prevails, resin. Medium body. Well done. bpreo (2881) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JUL 13, 2013

Hazy amber color, moderate head, decent lace/retention. I successfully predicted a few of the hop aromas here - cascade and centennial. Grapefruit, citrus, pine, big and fruity sweet hop aroma with moderate caramel. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness, a little too sweet for my tastes but really nice flavors here. poisoneddwarf (2599) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - SEP 18, 2014
12 oz can, thanks Amber. Aroma is candy sweet, pine, perfume, floral, grapefruit. Pours slightly hazy golden with a huge off-white fluffy head with excellent retention; laces nicely. Taste is bittersweet with an emphasis on bitter. Body is medium to nearly thin, carbonation high. Nice enough. Reid (2587) - Salem, Oregon, USA - JUL 16, 2012
22 oz bottle from "Lifesource" in S.Salem,Oregon
Typical orange body for an IPA but with a very large thick and bubbly creme coloured head.
Fine and strong hop aromas spicy, fruity and pine like..very nice.
Taste typical deep ,dank PNW style..but has an intresting creaminess just below the surface.Thats makes this less a hop monster and more approachable and even balanced.
Nice palate though i think this could have used more carbonation.
Odd IPA at once typical then very untypical in that the creaminess makes this so easy to gulp.
I liked it though maybe on my next trip to Bend i can taste it at the source. Fatehunter (2582) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - JAN 16, 2014
Pours three fingers of head on a cloudy medium straw colored body.
The aroma is pine and orange. Pretty nice.
The taste is quite piney, a solid dry bitterness throughout. It has a good malt backbone.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
It’s a good IPA.
