Poured a golden hazy light color with little head. Aroma was fairly minimal. Overall a nice, easy drinking beer. dwaggs2 (1298) - Jefferson City, Missouri, USA - DEC 15, 2008
Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color, almost no head. Aroma is sweet, grass, and some malts. Taste is spice and hpos. A decent wheat beer. gilvanblight (825) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 28, 2008
Boring straw yellow pour with little head. Lots of carbonation. Weak scent, hard to pick up, slightly sweet and a bit hoppy?
Much deeper taste then expected. A uniquely sweet and deep hops taste. I’m guessing it’s the Goose Island Hops, actally I’m hoping it is as it’s rather good and I picked up another beer form the same brewery. Suprisingly clean finish. The carbonation isn’t nearly as bad in the mouth. A nice easy to drink beer with a good deep sweet flavour. Would be a nice session beer. BREWMUSKCLES (2743) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 28, 2008
actually reminds me of a couple of goose islands other fine beers particularly matilda and the pere. tastes and body are quite acceptable to me. sweet and just a touch syrupy with a nice touch of hops and yes it is loaded with character fruity and somewhat spicy actually more of a chemical type spice flavor. a pure type of brew it is vibrant and interesting. Pours a a hazy golden color with minimal, fizzy white head. Aroma is malt, citrus, wheat, and spice. Decent aroma for such a basic beer. Taste is a very earthy wheat, with malt, lemon, and a nice spiciness underneath. Afar better alternative to macros if you want to get tanked. Nothing spectacular though, just an easy drinking beer.

Pour: Cloudy pale yellow with a thin white head.
Nose: wheat orange lemon malt grass
Taste: Slightly hoppy hints of wheat and lemon.
Finish: Hoppy on the front a bit coarse through the end.
Overall: it is an okay beer Goose Island has made better beer than this. It has a nice flavor that is thin and unrefined. jimmack34 (647) - Lancaster, Ohio, USA - NOV 18, 2008
Bottle. Pours cloudy soft gold with foamy white head. Smells citrusy and semi floral with hints of some spice. Tastes spicy like cloves and some citrus. Bitter aftertaste that doesnt match the beer. Overall, its pretty good. ditmier (1508) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 22, 2008
Draught @ Rebo’s - Pours almost clear yellow, small white head...aroma is bread and yeast, slight citrus...flavour follows, light bitterness, not too much going on...my first GI beer, not that great, watery on the back end...looking forward to other beers... (10/9/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Clybourn, Chicago. Slightly hazy golden. Fruity aroma with hops, flowers, some citrus and light wheat notes. Flavor starts a bit sweetish and fruity with some yeast and a bit of wheat and bread notes and finishes with mild hoppy bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Not bad. On tap. Tastes slightly spicey, a little like coriander, yeasty, and a sligfht touch of citrus. Some lacing on the glass, pours a clear yellow. One of the better wheat beers I’ve had from the United States.
