COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, its a beer thats densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We dont filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thats how you know its unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Its not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youd expect.

Slightly cloudy, yet stil transparant yellow beer with a firm brownish layer of foam. It has a somewhat freshly sour aroma, like from a fresh lemon, with a sweet touch. A nice, soft, bitter-sour taste and it leaves a nice, dry palate.

Drjohnrock (758) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 12, 2015
Twelve ounce bottle brought to Thanksgiving dinner by one of Mrs. Drjohnrocks relatives. Slightly hazy yellow color, astringent tart/chemical nose, annoying astringent/chemical taste with some wheat but not enough. I originally had this beer before the megabrewer takeover. Ive misplaced my notes from back then but I remember it as being way better than this. So the 312 is messed up like the GI IPA is. Bravo, A-B InBev. I wont drink any more GI beers unless I get them free like this one.
