COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Light cloudy appearance with a thin white head. Aroma is grain with mild malt. Flavor is light and crisp with a high level of carbonation. Not the most flavorful, but refreshing beer for the summer. Wife: 3.25

33cl bottle at pappa joe's in groningen. Pours a clear golden colour with a small head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, malt, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, moderate bitter with a soft dry finish. Notes of malt, wheat, citrus, caramel. Texture is oily, light bodied with moderate carbonation

Bottle from Asda. Hazy yellow in colour, with a short-lived, white, head. Yeast grains, a touch of stone fruits and leafy hops, before some bubble gum in the finish. Ok.

Really smooth, very pleasant taste and after taste for an IPA. Has a very light lemon taste but it’s pleasant. Works great when used in cooking, gives food a very good non beer taste. Would recommend buying in a six pack. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The newly designed label complete with skyline for those of us who do not know what urban means, speaks of a hazy straw colored beer with a light lemon aroma. By holding it up to the light, I can see the straw but no matter what I do the haze is gone (may I report a theft) and my lemons taste better than this. The aroma had edged towards banana (probably because it had an expiration date in November) and I have become intrigued by the single area of active fermentation as if just one spot in the glass is in the jacuzzi. I am confident therefore that this may well fulfill the promise above that it is unlike any other Goose Island beer. Again that is a promise that can be read both ways. One can rest assured that the others are better. Taste is meh, palate is blah, overall I can only hope that the after-effects are limited

Quite clear for a wheat beer. Zingy smell and sweet lemony taste. But tastes quite thin and no head. Average at best. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear golden colour with medium white foam. Aromas sweet of pale malts, slight touch of twangy lemon zest and grass with yeast. Palate, medium body with silky texture leaving thin and watery finish. Taste, sweet of pale malts, green vegetables like cabbages and peas. Overall, poor... Tastes like average pale lager.

Poured hazy with a small amount of sediment. Initial aromas of citrus are very pleasant. Nice initial taste on the pallet but initial taste doesn't really materialise further. Spicy warm feeling in the chest after consuming. A bit too gassy and thin taste that doesn't develop. It's certainly refreshing though

Can at home in Beer Hawk advent calendar. A murky pour with some spice that was on style for the type. Overall it came across as soulless and nothing special.
