COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, it’s a beer that’s densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don’t filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Pilsnery color, light golden, hazy. Not much carbonation. Fuzzy mouthfeel. Light hoppiness. Malt apparent. Fairly unimpressive.

Very mild overall, for the easy drinker I suppose. It does have a good aroma, but light bodied.

The color was light, pale golden. The head was white, creamy, and laced some. The aroma was wheat and sweet. The flavor was strong wheat, but rotten somewhat. The palate was very carbonated.

Pours from bottle a slightly murky light-yellow. Aroma is somewhat tart grassy hops and straw with a bit of malt. Flavor is lightly malty sweet caramel, tart grass, and something like cereal. Overall, ok cold on a hot day, but not something I would choose to drink often.

Chuckaduck (674) - Highland Heights, Kentucky, USA - DEC 11, 2011
Pours a cloudy yellow with a dense white head. Aroma is wheat and citrus predominantly. Flavor is both grassy/earthy/wheat-like as well as being light/crisp/pine-y. It falls somewhere between a pale ale and a wheat beer if you ask me. Not bad; could several at a bar if there’s not much else on the menu worth drinking.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale gold body with a small white head. Pale malt and straw aroma, light spice and yeast. Body is light and bubbly. Pale malt flavor, lemon, a little watery, light bitterness.

Pour a clear light orange hue with a light fizzy head. has a wheaty aroma with a look an feel of a macro, albeit a good macro. I wouldn’t kick this one out of bed, but I’m not asking for it to stay either. Had it out of a bottle.

McSherman (670) - North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - APR 18, 2015

Delirium (669) - Falmouth, Cornwall, ENGLAND - JUL 17, 2008
Draught. A kind of light American wheat. Not much hefeweizen character. Refreshing, but boring.

MatusBeer (668) - Košice, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAR 12, 2016
355 ml bottle. Hazy yellow colour with stable white head off. Aroma of citrus fruits, but nothing specific. Sourish of citrus fruits in taste, wheat, watery body, but strange aftertaste, light bitterness. Medium
