Slightly murky light yellow, very small head. Aroma: large citrus and lime aroma, mixed with a wheaty Weisen aroma. Taste: watery, mostly. Starts crisp and light with hints of citrus and Weisen. Develops a Pilsener like bitterness. Light body. Aftertaste is wheaty. A bit uninspired. CpyNPrnT (620) - Indiana, USA - NOV 9, 2015
Aroma of wheat, taste is wheat, crackers, creamy, would go well with a thanksgiving dinner. stangger (619) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 18, 2011
UPDATED: AUG 20, 2011 On tap at cleveland airport. Aroma is unidentifiable spices. Fizzy, fruity with light malt and some off flavor bread and yeast. Odd combinations and not so enjoyable. Over carbonated. Bad choice for last call stuck in cleveland airport. Wixie (616) - BELGIUM - OCT 15, 2016
Semi hazy yellow liquid, small head. Weak aroma of yeast. Light body, tiny little bit carbonation. Taste is sour, bitter, and overall weak. hezron (614) - Viroqua, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 5, 2007
Gift from Brigadier, thanks! Aroma of subtle banana, lemon, very subtle cherry or other red, berry-like fruit. Pale yellow, with a touch of cloudiness and a thin, white head. Light flavors of lemon and banana and a quick finish with a touch of graininess. Light palate, slightly watery. Quick drinking beer without major flaws.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a medium white head. Spicy aroma with faint notes of hops. Light spicy taste, little bitterness. beer_rookie (613) - Arkansas, USA - MAY 29, 2016
Pours a yellow color. About one finger white head. A little cloudy, not as much as I would have expected. Okay retention, okay lacing.mrjaxson (610) - .08 Junction, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Aroma is slightly lemony. Its bready. Bran flakes? Not a lot going on. Smells like water. Everything about the aroma is faint.
Taste is lemony, bready, watery. It has a bit of grit to it. There’s not a lot to it. Slightly bitter, I think more bitter than 18 IBUs.
Mouthfeel is light body. It’s so light, and would make a great summer beer. It’s quite dry. That bitterness lingers. Bit.
Overall, it’s not that great. There are tons of better wheat beers out there. I would drink it again. But I’m not going to rush out and buy it again. I would recommend this as a summertime, hot day beer, but necessarily for my own cooler. But hey, I do recommend you give this a try, because then you’ll have a better appreciation for better wheat beers.
So where exactly in the 312 might one grow a little urban wheat for this ale? Or am I being too literal? I’m enjoying this in the early spring and thinking how nice it would taste on a hot summer day -- if Wisconsin gets any this year. The aroma and taste are nicely subdued and it all works. dp (608) - uniontown, Ohio, USA - AUG 16, 2005
Very carbonated, very filling. I had two large drafts with dinner in Wadsworth last nite, couldn’t finish the last one due to feeling very full. Miked1687 (608) - Buffalo, New York, USA - APR 29, 2013
Poured from a bottle into a tall glass. Appearance is hazy yellow with a white foamy head. A bit of lacing. Smell is wheat, hay, a little fruity. Taste is a little fruity up front, straw, and finishes quickly. Not much to it.
