COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, its a beer thats densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We dont filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thats how you know its unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Its not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youd expect.

Pours hazy straw with little white head retention. Mild aroma of some bread and hay. Bland and boring.

Very light aroma of malt and some yeast. Taste is dissapointing, there should be more of everything here. Its taste like a mixture of a industrial lager mixed with 1/3 of a wheat beer. Goose Island usually make better beer.

Pour is a cloudy light yellow with a white head. Nose is rather mild, some light fruit, but mainly dominated by the wheat, taste is very similar.

Shared with Immy. From bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Nose is musty wheat and light lemon. Flavor follows with a rough, metallic aftertaste. Lightly carbonated palate.

Good session-strength wheat beer. Not a lot of flavors but crisp, clean and highly refreshing.

A hazy yellow beer, with a thin white head. Aromas of bananas, lemon zest and yeast. The flavor is a bit of the same but is extremely bland. Im not the biggest fan of hefes or any wheat ales for that matter, but this one doesnt really do anything for me. Its just a drinkable brew with not much going for it.

Very nice. Surprising flavours. This is far less sweet and bubblegum than something like Hoegaarden. 312 tastes much more like a beer, it has some bitterness, a deeper malt behind the citrus. Also has lots of very small bubbles so gives a very smooth and velvety experience.

A 12 fl oz bottle with a best before date of 26th July 2017, poured into a Spiegelau American wheat beer glass. It poured a hazy golden straw yellow colour with a one finger white head that dissipated quite quickly and left pretty much no lacing. Aromas of sweet malt, grainy, cereal and a touch of lemon. Tastes bready, light sweet apple, corn, grain and lemon. Crisp, light bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Overall, I understand when people say that its a refreshing summer beer, but even so, theres nothing interesting in its aroma or taste. Unfortunately, this one is not for me.

Slightly cloudy, yet stil transparant yellow beer with a firm brownish layer of foam. It has a somewhat freshly sour aroma, like from a fresh lemon, with a sweet touch. A nice, soft, bitter-sour taste and it leaves a nice, dry palate.
