COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, itís a beer thatís densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We donít filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thatís how you know itís unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Itís not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youíd expect.

(10/9/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Clybourn, Chicago. Slightly hazy golden. Fruity aroma with hops, flowers, some citrus and light wheat notes. Flavor starts a bit sweetish and fruity with some yeast and a bit of wheat and bread notes and finishes with mild hoppy bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Not bad.

Bottle. It pours hazy gold with a decent white head. The nose is wheat, dough, apricot, peach and some grain. The taste is crisp, creamy, wheat, lemon, grain, dough and grass with a dry finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Simple, easy drinkable. Ok.

imdownthepub (14469) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2013
Bottled, 355ml from Tesco in Banbury. Cloudy straw colour with white head. Well, I didnít consider it to be densely populated with flavor (sic) and loaded with character. It was on the thin side, there was a light lemonade note, sweet, some graininess. Not much to go on, a little disappointing.
