On tap at the Peekskill Brewery. Pours a clear light yellow with a nice soft white head. Aroma is wheat, with a touch of lemon. Thin bodied with a lot of active carbonation. Mostly empty flavor wise. Finishes lightly with a touch of wheat, a hint of banana, and a little bit of lemon. Pretty clean, but lacking much substance. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUL 19, 2005
(Tap) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon and wheat. Flavor of malt and a little bit of hops and not much else. Creamy, smooth, soft mouthfeel. slowrunner77 (13205) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 12, 2014
"I have a bit of a soft spot for hoppy wheats. This one is light, but does the trick. Light wheat, yeasty spice and citrus hops combined to make a light refreshing brew. 38 in Chicago, but I’m in the airport pretending its warmer." hopdog (13191) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 11, 2006
12oz bottle labeled BB 091306. Poured a light to medium and slightly hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of wheat, bananas, and some citrus (all on the very light side). Tastes of the same (also very light and watery). Body on the thin and watery side. thewolf (12932) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2010

Very pale yellow with some haziness to it. Small, fizzy, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of grapefruit, almost getting a fresh fruit note rather than hops. Light piney, some sweet wheat. Higish carbonation, rather watery palate. Flavour is mild, some clear sweetnesss, light grainy, the fruity hops are there, adding some flavour, but not enough bitterness, Still fairly fresh and very drinkable. I’d just rather have a Drink in the Sun.
Bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard
very clear yellow, smooth large white head with a yellow tone.
fresh flowery hoppy aroma, slightly dusty, notes of peaches quite delicate and pretty pleasing flowery aroma.
flavor is flowery, very slightly hoppy bitter, slightrly fruity and wheaty. Very mild and probably also a bit boring wheat beer - i prefer the german and belgian versions of wheat beer to this. However it is quite refreshing and very easy to drink, almost like a lemon soda water, or a radler. second pour was not entirely clear, but still it’s one of the most clear berws i ever saw , that claims to be unfiltered. jcwattsrugger (12559) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - APR 13, 2008
12oz bottle-pours a foamy/bubbly white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is sweet light malty/wheat/creamy/rich, some citrus. Taste is sweet light malty/wheat/creamy/rich, some citrus-orange, some spices. Light side of medium body, some complexness but easy drinking. Good effervescence.
