COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like the digits suggest, its a beer thats densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We dont filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. Thats how you know its unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. Its not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that youd expect.

I had one of these after finishing a long run. It was refreshing, and yes, a little watery. Still, it was tasty and if youre going to choose a post-exercise watery beer, this is a good one.

Pours a bright white cloudy head with a characteristic wheat body. Aroma is somewhat odd...not necessarily pleasant, but not really bad either. Nice on the palate with a nice, smooth finish, but the flavor is somewhat lacking, with an empty feel to the brew. A light fruity flavor, particularly lemony, is evident, but overall, this beer was hollow and lacked any distinguishable trait...somewhat of a disappointment

Bottle. Pale golden with a thin white head. Sweet corny aroma, flavour is similar. OK, not great

Bottle from State Line Liquors in Elkton, MD. Pours a hazy straw with a medium white head. Aroma of cut grass with a little citrus. Yeast takes center stage at first sip followed by slightly sour citrus and very lightly toasted malt. Very thin body and a short but crisp finish. Glad I had a chance to try it because we dont get GI brews out here but I wont be looking for this one again (especially in the AB/InBev era).

355ml bottle from Albert Heijn. The beer is hazy yellow colored and pours a small and unstable white head, with average carbonation. The aroma has clear tones of spices, wheat, hops and some fruity notes. The taste is light bodied and smooth. Tones of honey and wheat are also noticable and a light hint of hops, but further very watery. The finish is watery, soft and light bitter. Pretty boring beer, but the smooth taste made it a little drinkable.

Poured from bottle into tall glass. Medium gold that is slightly hazy from the yeast. The yeast particles are very small and produce a nice sparkle effect. Some lacing but not much head. Major lemon smell, with some sweet wheat malt and light orange hops. Not a lot of taste but what is there is mostly nice. Citrus flavor overall - both lemon and orange, with some wheatiness, but not too much. However, it is slightly too sweet for me considering the style. Pretty high carbonation and light body. Pretty good for a summer day. Nice example of an American Wheat.

From bottle, not impressed with this at all. Basically a half assed heartless beer.

Pours a pale, cloudy yellow. Sweet aroma. Light white head that settles quickly. First taste is sweet, citurs...more on the lemon side. Finishes with a faint not of hops...cleanly. Usually not a fan of wheat but this one is o.k.
