This was a great beer. Had it on tap, actually, had about 3 of them on tap :) . The taste of this beer was very new to goose island standards, pale, not as harsh as the other GI flavors. went down smooth with a nutty and fruity taste, the aftertaste was actually really good! Best part- its from chicago!! noid1985 (99) - Broadview, Illinois, USA - APR 30, 2008

Always a favorite when I am in Chicago, just enjoyed a few in Missouri as I waited out the snow storm of 2011. I wish i could get it in Miami ChainGangGuy (4897) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - JUN 4, 2011
Many thanks to LibrarianGirl’s buddy, Laurie, for bringing this brew back from a road trip to Chicago. Bottled on: 05/16/11.
Appearance: Pours a hazed, pale straw-colored body with an airy, white head that collapses at a moderate pace.
Smell: Light malty notes, a light kiss of sweet lemon, and a faint, faint hint of underlying graininess.
Taste: Begins with a gentle maltiness of delicately malted barley and wheat. Lightly sweet with a hint of honey water. A noted fruity, faintly tart citrusy hop presence. Low bitterness. Small shred of yeastiness. Drying on the lively, wheat-flavored finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Fairly soft mouthfeel.
Overall: It’s an APWA alright, though thankfully not as cheerless and lifeless as some, and, after going out rowing for the afternoon, it really provides for some substantial refreshment.
