Draft at GI Clybourn. Cool to see an 80-/ on tap. Pours an attractive clear copper, thin head. Nose is super clean, very malt forward. Light notes of caramel in the nose. No hop character. On tasting, again, super clean. Rounded malt profile and crisp. Bitterness is quite high for this, seems more alt-like than the altbier. Very well made beer, perhaps a touch too bitter.
