From old tasting notes. Amber orange color topped by a creamy beige head. Floral hop aroma. Sweet toasted malt flavor has a soft hop balance. Flavorful herbal hop finish. Nice balance. True to its Bohemian ancestry.

355ml bottle poured a pale golden color with a 2 finger white head that settled down to some thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is spicy hops and light grainy malts. Taste is bold spicy hop bitterness which is pleasant with just enough malt sweetness to balance this beer nicely. Light to medium body with adequate carbonation. One of the better pilsener style beers that I have encountered.

Clear golden body with a fluffy, white head. Fresh, malty aroma with crisp grassy hops. Some light citrus notes, but also decent bready malt character as well. Rather smooth body that was enjoyable, but not like most pilseners with which I am familiar. All told, rather average.

Chicago Real Ale Fest draft inside the brewery. The glass I was served in formed a large sized head of finely sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a minimal lace. The body was uncarbonated transparent and straw yellow colored . It had a mild malt hop aroma and a smooth malty mouth feel with a mild lingering DMS finish.

Draught: crystal clear gold with a persistant bleached layer of bubbles. Aroma of grass, lemons and hops. Grainy flavours give way to a surprisingly soft and smooth palate with a refreshing bitterness. A beer I could certainly drink for a session.

A common pilsener that avoids the common skunk disorder but is still lackluster in crispness and malt flavors. Much closer to a Heineken than a Victory Prima.

Excellent Pilsner. Has a refreshing clean taste. The finish is a little bitter for a Pilsner, but that's a minor complaint.

Good as Pilsner's go. Fresh, crisp and clean. Nice malt nose and some hop spicyness at the finish. Drinkable.
