On tap at Matt the Miller’s in Dublin. Pours clear golden orange with white head. Aromas of belgain yeast and spices, grapefruit, and a bit of pine. Flavors of spicy malts, belgain yeast, citrus, and a touch of pine. Nice amount of bitterness and good mouthfeel that is not to malty. Pretty solid. Can’t believe this is all over the east coast but not in Chicago. UDBeernut (2883) - Saint Johns, Florida, USA - OCT 30, 2012
Amber hue with slick off white head. Nose of grapefruit, clove, and burnt sugar. A wonderfully complex taste with that mentioned plus raisen and caramel. Silky Belgian body. 8% goes undetected. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 16, 2012
tap at Dash In - Pours amber orange with a small off-white head. It has a surprisingly mild aroma. I’m just getting a little citrus. The flavor features moderately bitter hops, citrus, and yeast spice. It’s medium bodied and has a bitter finish. Fairly good but as I love imperial IPAs I expected more. jcos (1851) - Maryland, USA - OCT 14, 2012
Sample at Snallygaster DC event on October 13th, 2012. Nice citrus aroma, yeast. Taste really well balanced, might even be my second favorite belgian IPA after Stone’s. dbarnold (1127) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - OCT 14, 2012
Very impressive beer. Very drinkable DIPA with some belgian sweetness and complexity. Extremely bitter, piney, and refreshing. Yeast gives some sweetness but does not make things heavy for fruity. Good stuff.

On tap as Minx at Frisco Grille: poirs a clear deep copper bronze with a thin ring of white head. Has a sweet biscuity caramel malty nose with some light fruity esters and a healthy amount of grapefruity hops. Starts with rich lightly syrupy sweetness and toasted caramel maltiness with a good amount of resiny hop bitterness and some yeasty esters. Finishes slightly drier and bittersweet, pretty true to style. b3shine (8873) - Indiana, USA - OCT 4, 2012
Draft to stemmed Goose Island glass. Looks good; a semi-transparent brownish-orange with white lacing. Smells and tastes solid; hippy and malty with a Belgian yeast presence. Abv is hidden nicely. Average on the palate. Good beer. Ron (3957) - Rochester, New York, USA - SEP 30, 2012
They called it Minx. 2012 Flour City Brewers’ Fest. Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet with citrus hops, caramel malts, yeast. Flavor has more citrus hops then the aroma had. The finish is sweet with the yeast and fruits. Slight warming at the end. Quevillon (3089) - Boisbriand, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 23, 2012
Drank on tap (12 oz) at The Merry Monk (Albany, NY) on September 17, 2012. On the menu, the name was Minx. Coppery golden, little head. Fruity malt aroma, spicy. Sour citrus malty taste, notes of dried hops, slightly bitter. A beautiful fruity creation! MadRobin (2988) - Silver Spring, Maryland, USA - SEP 19, 2012
