right now the draft is slightly more balanced than the bottle, however I see a vanilla evolution that the bottles a year from now will be unreal good

Bottle shared at Matt’s. A big dark chocolate booze with cherries throughout in taste. Nice stuff.

My favorite BCS I've had, besides maybe 13/14 Prop. Had at a bottle share, about 8oz. Thick black pour. Of course cherries dominate. Chocolate, creamy and bourbon notes too. Fan-freaking-tastic!

Bottle shared with koleminer20 and Gus for the 1st bi-annual Day of Surprises Boondoggle. Aroma is bourbon, caramel, cherry, barrel, dark fruit, roasted malt, chocolate, great. Appearance is black, light brown head, poured thickish. Taste is bourbon, caramel, roasted malt, cherry, barrel, chocolate, good. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy body, light carbonation, cherry and bourbon caramel aftertaste. Overall, enjoyable, although I wish I would have tasted it in its prime.

Aroma of tart cherry and almost no barrel. Flavor is incredibly balanced, 5 years really did this beer well. light tart cherry flavors with some barrel to even it out. absoutely fantastic. had back to back with assassin and this destroys it. possibly the best beer i have ever had.
