Draft pour at brewery tap room. Golden pour thin head, Belgium lager nots, light and crisp if your looking for it you can get the berry on the finish.

Poured a light orange with a white head. Aroma was big coffee, brett, lactic acid and grain. Flavor was lightly tart, grainy and big coffee finish interesting.

On tap at FoBAB 2015. Pour is hazy golden/yellow with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavor of roasted coffee, sour mash, lemon zest, hay, and light malt. Finish is a bit of coffee and sour syrup, a bit weird, but it works.

Draft pour on tap at FoBAB 2015 at UIC Forum (Chicago, IL). Pours a nice golden hue, gentle hazed with some dulled glow, bigger cakey offwhite head atop is sizable and cakey, a good layer and laces ok. Aromas are rich roasty coffee, carmelized elements and tart pear and lemon. Some lactic jabs, earth, cereal malts. An odd mix. initial is lighter bodied, a firm roasty coffee appeal up front, earthy and subtle berry with jabs of lemon, sour pears and a bit of yogurt. Gentle fuzziness killed off by that aggressive coffee front. Backend is more tart, a bit lactic with some fuzziness, gentle sweet tart and coffee. Finish is dry, tart, a bit twangy. Some earthiness, a touch green, lingering lactic and green apple sourness. An odd mix.
