UPDATED: APR 9, 2016 Bottle at home, pours deep orange with champagne like head. Wine like aroma, with hits of muscat. Taste is tart, almost sour, oranges, mandarins and grapes. Not a lot of the muscat wine, but oak is present. It?s like a good mimosa. Bottled on 14 jan 2014. bigguns22 (798) - Maryland, USA - NOV 19, 2015
Pour is a golden tangerine color with a small quick disappearing white head. Aroma is tart and a ton of wine notes. A full flavor beer that hides the Abv well but not the wine and wood flavors. Tart and earthy right in my wheel house. drpimento (3640) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 23, 2015
I guess it’s not a bad beer, though there’s certainly no "dessert wine flavor". Actually about the opposite with a slightly funky sour taste. Very short lived head. A one off for me. tmoreau (4369) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - AUG 14, 2015
Served as a full sampler at Madison’s in Madison, WI. for GI’s pre-party for the GToM. Showed a hazed orangey gold color, with a modest amount of soft white head foam that produced a thin, persistent ring, but minimal lacing. The nose was esters as pit fruit and citrus, tart to sour, with some vinous & barrel hints. The taste was similar, with a sour nature that was quite puckering, an added hint of vanilla, hidden alcohol presence, and a tart & dry finish. Quite tasty!

Sampled from bottle @ Leuven Innovation Beer Festival. Lightly hazy orange color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sweet - sourish, a hint of alcohol, something weird, like red wine and wood. Meh, not convinced. PriorL (3068) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUL 12, 2015
