(22oz bomber bottled 4/1/11) clear gold, bright and pure white bubbles. Nose of coriander, Belgian yeast, and pretty funky. Taste of crisp grain, funky, caramel, reminds me of a Kolsch though. Light body, coriander linger and a touch of alcohol.

Nice Belgian Ale, good hazy yellow colour, nice lacy head, not too strong on the yeast taste.

Sampled at ABR this fall. Pours a clear gold, aroma is very fruity and obviously Belgian in style. By no means a bad beer, and certainly a nice representation of the style, but not quite my personal cup of tea.

Bottle. Pours a very clear light yellow golden color with a light head. Aroma is lemongrass, some grains and sweet notes. Citrus flavors, grains and nice lemon tones. Finishes grassy. Nice.

I believe the beer I had was past its prime. The color was a straw yellow, muted, dry a bit blah.

Near clear yellow with fair white head and some sticky lacing. Semi sweet and clean. Some belgian yeast, and a bit spicy noble hoppyness. This was actually pretty good. Enjoyed the little bit of hop bit that took me by suprise.

Very clear golden colour with a small white head. Very nice spicy aroma with caramel, kiwi, apricot, mandarin, brown sugar and lots of honey. Flavour is its mirror image with a slightly dry finish. Very nice.
