Tap at Chappy’s. Beautiful reddish amber color, tiny off-white head. Aroma of tart dark fruit, vanilla, sour, and a certain almost burnt sugar quality, maybe the bourbon. Very complex, not your average sour. It like there is a constant battle in your mouth between the fruit-sour cherries and the bourbon influence-oak, must, vanilla, with the lingering sourness tying it all together. A wonderful blend of sweet vs dry mixed with the tart and sour. This beer exceeded every expectation.
Tried for the first time back in 2011. A solid sour. Orangish amber appearance, tartness throughout. Mild fruitiness and only the barest hints of its barrel aging. CLeclercq1961 (118) - Temecula, California, USA - OCT 17, 2015
Sour and whiskey like. Very light on body. Orange color no head some carbonation. No complexity to it just an average brew. radiomgb (2838) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 6, 2014
Light orange in colour with a small head, light lace. More sweetness on the nose then sour. Sweet with some noticeable alcohol. Its okay just not what I look for in a sour. Headbanger (4021) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAR 24, 2014
Sample 1/21/11 (Limestone Brewery)-Pours a clear orangish amber and slightly brown with a small white head. Aroma of sourness. Taste of sour with big bourbon. This full bodied brew is a nice tasting brew. merc7186 (3160) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - OCT 3, 2013
The appearance of it comes off with a nice, dark amber color...almost borderline copper. The head is a nice creamy white that clings to the side. The smell is a very nice bourbon smell with a hint of vanlla and mild spice notes. You can definitely tell this was bourbonn barrel stored. The taste comes through with the bourbon taste up front and slides into the sour flavor. It also has the hints of vanilla in the back end to which mix nicely wit the bourbon taste. The mouth feels a little dry with the bourbon lingering around. Overall, IMO it comes off like a lighter version of Sam Adams Utopias 2009...this is a decent beer with some great points to it and a nice find where I am staying.

Taster from a growler shared at Natifest 2013. Clear orange color. Minimal white head. Dots of lace. Really nice orange oaky aroma. Light floral. Smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Bigger body. Bigger tart taste, sour, lightly spicy. Awesome sour. JStax (7171) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - AUG 4, 2013
Growler shared at natifest. Pours a copper color with no head. The aroma is briny and tart. Big on vinegar. Tastes earthy and sour. Odd and not quite what I look for in a sour. Chudwick (3367) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - AUG 3, 2013

Growler fill (draught) from Party Town in Florence, Kentucky.
Rating #123 for this beer.
Nice golden ruby pour with some lace. Tart aroma that is tamed by the oak but a nice fruitiness too. The belgian yeast is nice and the sour is very good - not overwhelming at all, just nice and citrus-y and tart. The oak really balances it and is pretty noticable on the palate. Really good beer.
