Pint can pour. Clear, golden, good carbonation. Light and crisp taste. Underwhelming nose and flavor. Frothmeister (810) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 5, 2016
473ml can. Pours a clear gold with an off-white head. On the nose, resinous hops, caramel malt notes, a strange but not unwelcome note of fresh raspberries, grapefruit, and light peach. Taste wise, caramel malt, apricot, faint almost cherry candy notes, and a light resinous hops that head into watery mineral sided bitterness, with peach and citrus in the finish. It’s solid. Lots of the advertised sweet orange aromas hit my nose on the pour. The body disappoints looking a little thin and watery. It has a nice light refreshing mouthfeel, that has me checking the can to see if it is even 5% abv, and that sweet orange is back this time on the tongue. Not what I would call a robust IPA, but it is quite refreshing and quaffable on a hot day watching the Blue Jays and Red Sox in a tight game. AwaKe (298) - Laval, CANADA - MAY 26, 2016
Bu à même la canette. Arômes fruitées et frais. Très parfumé au goût, houblons west coast, agrumes avec un soupçon de malt pâle en fin de bouche. Palais très mince. Définitivement la meilleure session "commerciale" dispo au Québec.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head . In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, light mineral notes, light session ipa very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2016. Draft - Caramel backbone with some early hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Tea leaf like hops and a caramel base. Very classic east coast. sudomorph (1170) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 23, 2016
UPDATED: MAY 23, 2016 473ml can. Pours a clear, golden yellow with a one finger, white head. Aroma has great notes of citrus, pine, floral, mild resin, tropical fruits, and slight bready caramel. Taste is balanced but a touch bitter. Bready to start then pine, mild resin, citrus, grapefruit, floral, grassy straw, and a short ending. Medium body and carbonation. Slightly resiny in the mouth with a soft mouth feel and a slightly dry finish. Overall a nicely crafted, easy drinking, ipa. All the flavours are in check and even. Pine, floral, citrus, resin, grass, bread, and caramel. UXO (1896) - CANADA - MAY 16, 2016
Appearance: clear medium gold with one fat finger of rocky white head, moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: citrus, resiny pine, pale malt, slight catty. (6/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (6/10) Medium-light body, moderate carbonation, crisp mild bitter lightly spicy finish. (3/5)
Not a bad little session IPA from the Goose. Bitterness is restrained, which is a good thing in a session IPA: I find that the thinner body of this style limits how much bitterness can reasonably be supported before it comes across as sharp and astringent. I’m getting just a hint of cattiness in the hop aroma, and it grows as the beer warms, but not to the point of it being a problem. Definitely a quick thirst quencher, instead of a leisurely sipper. This IPA poured a clear, yellow colour with a big rocky, off white head. Scents include hops, being orange lemon citrus hops, grass and hay. First swig was quite nice and not as over hopped that I was expecting. Flavours of orange, lemon and grassy hops. Finish is lightly bitter with citrus flavours lingering.
