COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2018 Can. Clear golden colour. Strong citrus flavour but quite bitter. More fizzy than your average ale.

Rhombic (174) - Elx, SPAIN - FEB 13, 2018
Bottle, 355ml. Pours pale golden with a small off-white head. Very floral aroma, nice hop tinge to it, a little grassy, complex. As for the flavours, they are just sweet enough without being anywhere near overpowering, fruity, with brilliantly well-balanced hops, some presence of toasted malt in the finish. The texture is oily, body is medium to full and finish is of average duration. Carbonation is soft. Very nice brew, better than quite a few session IPAs...

Bottiglia.

Bottle at Frankie and Bennies, Camberley. I was going to go for Byron or 7Bone in terms of beer options but was outvoted. Grass and citrus aroma. Pretty hoppy. Copper gold. Bubbly white head soon fades away. Medium bitter. Citrus but not overly refreshing or juicy. A quinine edge. Light bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Relatively abrupt finish. Not the most mind blowing IPA but for one that's available in most supermarkets it's not too bad and is hoppy enough.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2018 People seem to love this beer which comes at a shock to me. They sell these at the Blue Jays game and no one ever buys it. I think it’s truly one of the worst tasting beers I’ve ever had.

Pours yellow with average head. Has medium body with average carbonation. Lots of floral notes on the palate. Taste is not very hoppy but subtle. Not a very dry beer or bitter.
