Bottle. Pours clear golden with large foamy white head, malty aroma with a hunt of citrus, high carbonation, medium bitter malty taste with little citrus flavior, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Not very remarkable. ZacM612 (738) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - JUL 1, 2017
Light amber, slight haze with little head. Bready, malty aroma with some light hops. A little citrusy, mild bitter finish. shimmy701 (2) - - JUN 16, 2017 does not count
I thought this beer was pretty stale and one that I wouldn't want to drink unless I really had to. Goose island has better beers than this so I wouldn't choose this to drink

On tap in some dive in Chicago. Light golden colour. Basically a golden ale, lighter malt bill than most American pales, hint of grain and slightly sweet, then some slightly light fruity citric notes. Low to medium bitterness in finish. Easy drinking although a bit too strong in alcohol (if not flavour) to be truly smashable. It’s ok. markas101 (2468) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - APR 12, 2017

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Appearance is clear, light amber/orange with minimal sparkle, less-than-finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is lightly fruity hops, over solid caramel, biscuit malt base. Taste is biscuity, lightly toasted malts. Palate is light bodied with thin texture and lively carbonation with finish as taste. Overall, meh.
