COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Green Line Pale Ale is a honey-colored, immensely sessionable American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Line’s pleasant, crisp bitterness.

(12oz bottle) AROMA: soft malt, cream cheese, touch of fruitiness, grape skins (a little sweet and sour), just a tad of musk/leather APPEARANCE: light medium core Amber, sticky white foam, visible carbonation, clear TASTE: roaste malt, dark toast, some coffee, some bran and dried veggie PALATE: medium body, fair amount of richness, oily smooth middle, dry and dark lingering on the finish, good balance. OVERALL: a well balanced pale ale, not sure bold/heavy but decent malt and hop flavor, not an award winner but I could see this being someone's every day ale.

On tap at Toronto brewpub. Pretty typical American pale ale, on the lighter side. Slight sticky, caramel sugar. Mild hops and malts. Bit thin in the finish, but made it fairly refreshing too for a summer day. eh, it’s ok.

I thought this beer was pretty stale and one that I wouldn't want to drink unless I really had to. Goose island has better beers than this so I wouldn't choose this to drink ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
