Orange-gold pour with a 1 finger, white head. Aroma is doughy, earthy, grassy with notes of orange and pine. Lots of chewy malt flavor with some notes of toast, slight caramel, and a grassy hop finish. Medium thin body, lots of carbonation and a dry finish.

Tripplebrew (778) - Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA - MAR 26, 2008
Pours a cloudy burnt gold/amber with a thin layer of head. Aroma is very earthy and hints of grain. Flavor is hops, undertones of caramel and floral. Body is light with a fair amount of carbonation.

pours a slightly hazy amber, thin white head. A slightly grassy aroma. A nice hint of caramel and malt up front; quite a bit of hops in the finish, but there’s a bit of cardboard quality to it. Starts good, finishes a bit unpleasant.

Bottled. My former local brew is amber in colour with a floral aroma and a sweet flavour balanced by citrus hops including hints of orange. Pretty good.

35,5cl bottle @ home. Dark amber colour, little white lace.very malty nose with a bit of hop. Bit bitter and really not much else, sorry.

ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 20, 2008
Bottled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear pale amber colour with a low creamy white foam. Fruity and caramely aroma of mandarin, floral hops and grass. Medium-bodied. Caramel, straw, raspberry jam, flowers and mild orange-peels in the flavour. Rather clean mouth feel. Medium bitter finish of red berries, resin and wet grass. Pretty nice one.

Pours a nice brown with off white head. Smells of roasted coffee beans, and tastes delicious. Some caramel, but mostly hops with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

WickerBrew (311) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 13, 2008
Easy to drink, not exactly a risky beer. Not as hoppy as a true pale, but still has some bite. Living in the Chi I will obviously drink more, but I wont be going out of my way for it.

BelgianBeerGal (4039) - Panama City, Florida, USA - MAR 10, 2008
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2015 Draught in Chicago. Amber colored with a white film on top and some lacing. Almost no aroma. The flavor was caramel and sweet hops. Decent.

Draft. Pours amber in color with white head. Has a malty begining and a nicely balanced but hoppy finish.
