Pours copper with a fluffy off white head. Aroma of toffee and malt. Taste is slightly sweet with notes of grains, light malt, and earthy hops. There is a tangy vinegar off-flavour and metallic note that I don’t remember when I had this about a year ago. It might be just a bad can but it’s so off putting I don’t think I will be trying this again. Banzale (344) - FRANCE - JAN 4, 2017
PunkBunny (73) - Benoni, SOUTH AFRICA - DEC 31, 2016
Pours light Amber, dark golden. Head disappears very quickly. Low carbonation. Fruity caramel toffee smell. Medium malt smell. Strong caramel toffee taste at first. Goes over into a lingering bitterness. Overall: caramel toffee is too overpowering, but an alright bitter, nothing amazing. colui72 (1071) - HONG KONG - DEC 31, 2016
Pours clear, beautiful amber, with a small white head. Aroma is caramel and malts. Sweet malts, caramel in its taste, with good floral and bitter hops to balance. Simple as it is, a very enjoyable bitter! mjmoen (577) - - DEC 30, 2016
B. Pours a clear amber color with white head. Malty with a slightly strange after taste

Versão americana da cerveja. Amargor marcante mas um pouco aguada. Esperava mais. ardeo (494) - Flémalle, BELGIUM - DEC 15, 2016
Bouteille en grande surface. Belle couleur orange limpide. Nez de fruits agrumes, houblon. Bouche : fraîche, genre "pils" avec des goûts de fruits et d’épices. Légère aigreur en plus de l’amertume ! GoufCustom (2082) - HONG KONG - DEC 15, 2016

355 ml bottle bought at YATA in MOKO, Mong Kok.
Clear amber orange colour; One-quarter finger head and residual soapy white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Fair sticky lacing with barely notable slight carbonation; Fragrant aroma of Amber malt, with strong caramel, sticky toffee, cherry / red fruits, floral, sugar, resin, bread, lemon and light grass;
Close to light sweet taste of fair malt, with strong wheat, light tartness, caramel, floral, molasses notes, biscuits, light lemon, fair to light grassy bitter hops; Mid to light body. Slick and slightly oozy palate; Mouth Feel is fair Ale maltyness in a slick background. Heavily wheat-thinned but tartness is light. Some caramel, no toffee nor red fruits, light floral and minimal sweetness. Biscuity with fair lemon to round. Neat... Hoppiness is floral, resin, lemon and light grass in nose. Floral, light lemon and light grass in taste; Bitterness is pretty light strong for an abrupt, fairly low astringent caramel wheaty finish; Fairly dry after taste. Easy and light bitter to mouth.
Comments: This is quite a fairly well-made Bitter, and I really like its rich caramel and toffee aroma, but the body has too much wheat, taste- and hop-wise are too timid. If this is a no-name Bitter I will be content, but this is Goose Island so I expected more. Too light for me.
Bottle of 35,5 cl, in a Tumbler glass; from the fridge.
Usual but nice "pub" ale, with a malty taste that reminds of beer as the Kilkenny. Beautiful deep orange colour and a little white fuzzy head.
The taste is mostly malty, with little notes of hops.
