COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by visits to English country pubs, Honker’s Ale combines a fruity hop aroma with a rich malt middle to create a perfectly balanced beer. Immensely drinkable, Honker’s Ale is not only the beer you can trust but one you’ll look forward to time and again.

Honkers ale is a decent malty beer with a slight caramel flavor. Decent hop character and a medium consistency

Pours a clear copper with a decent, sudsy white head. Aromas of some citrus hops and spices. Flavor is dry hops and some caramel malts floating in there with some yeastiness. Decent bitter and very drinkable but nothing much in the realm of amazing or great for that matter.

Nothing spectacular, but quite good. Pours a dark gold with a thick off white head. Sweet malty caramel and a bit of grass evident in the light aroma. Medium-bodied and very smooth. The malty sweetness is present up front with notes of caramel. Finsishes clean but with just a touch of hoppy bitterness. An easy drinking, tasty brew.

Solid. Middle of the road, for a microbrew.

Pours a light copper with small but lingering white head which lasts throughout. Aroma is caramel malt, toffee, citrus and leafy hops. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter, fresh and zesty. Compared to all English bitters I have had this comes out better, none of the dank vegetable type taste/aroma. Very nice indeed!

It?s an orange Amber brew with glass lacing props. Smells floral and properly malted with notes of grapefruit. Bitter is usually a good thing. Cloying Sour Patch kids meet acetic acid is not so good. This beer?s a good example of the latter.

pours clear copper gold with a medium beige head. light floral aroma. Nicely balanced. Definite malt presence with some mild hop bitter. Feels bigger than 4.3%. An enjoyable brew.

Pretty solid beer, nice malty backbone with a slight hop presence as well, tasted almost like a lager to me, but with some hops mixed in. Syrupy thick quality to it, relatively easy drinking, good fall beer.

Smell is yeast and light grain. Flavor is bready, slightly hoppy, with a noticeable english yeast character. Rubber in the aftertaste. Lighter bodied.
