Pours a nice white head, light orange. Medium and soft moutheel. lagerish ale. Tad of lace left.Smarty hopped, acidic bite and overcarbonated.Bit of yeast and malt and hops in the aroma, bit of C hop.. Drying aftertaste. Pinball (12149) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 25, 2009
slightly cloudy amber, small offwhite head.
malty, caramelly and hoppy aroma, a little sourish flowery too.
flavor is dry and hoppy, sweet malty, caramelly. ends slightly bitter. mR_fr0g (12110) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 4, 2012
Slight hop haze. Amber in colour and tin persistent head. Good lacing. Initial fruity hop aromas fade to leave more biscuity nose. The flavour is hop driven. Similar hop character to the the IPA, just toned down. Finish is chalky and thin. Perhaps harder water would support the malt flavour and body a bit. slowrunner77 (12043) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 18, 2014
"nothing that really stands out, as the style dictates, but this is one of the easiest drinking and most enjoyable session beers i’ve had in quite a while. incredibly well balanced." j12601 (11915) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 22, 2009
Bottle. Pours a rich light brown with a large and vigorous white head. Light malt and hops along with a little burnt aroma and some grain. Barely medium body, malty and rather non-descript. Finishes barely bitter. Nothing amazing, but quite drinkable, and probably in large numbers.
