"nothing that really stands out, as the style dictates, but this is one of the easiest drinking and most enjoyable session beers ive had in quite a while. incredibly well balanced."

Bottle. Fresh berry malt aroma. Medium amber color with small head. Lightly sweet malt flavor with light hops finish. An easy drinking beer - a bit light on the hops for the style but still very good.

bottle from wisconsinbeer, thanks! Deep copper pour, barely any head at all. Aroma is very malty and some sawdust notes(previous entry below me nailed it!). Flavor is pretty plain, malty and maybe a bit nutty. Slight hop profile lends itself to the english style. Not bad, not amazing.

The aroma is slightly malty. Notes of toffee and caramel. This crystal clear, deep amber beer has a small, white head. Mostly diminishing with excellent lacing. The flavor is perfectly balanced with bursts of caramel and butterscotch. Medium-length, dry finish with fresh cut fescue at the far end.

Bottle. Poured amber with an off-white head. Aroma was malty for the most part. Flavor was a nice balance of hops and malts but overall quite basic.

Slight hop haze. Amber in colour and tin persistent head. Good lacing. Initial fruity hop aromas fade to leave more biscuity nose. The flavour is hop driven. Similar hop character to the the IPA, just toned down. Finish is chalky and thin. Perhaps harder water would support the malt flavour and body a bit.

Bottle @ home, picked up at RJs Fort Collins. Pours a dark orange appearance with a cream colored head. Bready, chewy/doughy, light caramel, herbal aroma. Pretty good body. Light tangerine, dough, caramel, toast, earthy flavor. A bit twangy. Not something Id buy again but its not bad.

Bottle: Copper coloured, small and quite stable foamy layer, slightly hazy with clumps (of yeast?); spicy hoppy nose with some bready, almost nutty aromas and some malt in the background; stronger, dry bitter flavour, light bodied; tart fruitiness, hop resins in the lingering dry bitter finish. Very good stuff !
