RedSox2004 (1909) - Pacific Palisades, California, USA - MAR 16, 2013
Orange amber with a slight haze, generous foamy white head and nice lace. Citrus hops aroma with support from grainy malt. Toasty malts up front in the flavor profile, yielding to toasted malt with a very subtle sweetness. Medium body, moderate carbonation, and a long malty finish.

Hinez57 (253) - Clinton, Mississippi, USA - APR 16, 2013
Bread, biscuit, toffee aromas. Wonderfully clear with a nice toasty thin head. Toffee with hints of biscuit and grainy/grassy malt, touches of carmel. Stiff bitterness forms a solid backbone and lingering bitterness with lingering finish. Nice semi-soft mouthfeel, should be slightly softer. Overall hits the notes a classic english bitter should, but doesn’t shine in any single area. Middling.

Aromas of nuts, caramel, and orange peel. Clear orange-amber with a small, fairly lasting, white head. Dry, bitter, nicely balanced with earthy hops and nutty malt flavors. Light-medium body, crisp carbonation, and with a clean finish.

A decent beer, but not up to the level of other Goose Island Brews. Pours a yellow orange with a white head. Smells and tastes like tropical fruit, but a little boring. Had at bottle rock in napa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
