COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

Bottle from Appellation Wines, Edinburgh. Hoppy pine aroma. Pale golden yellow colour, not much head. Mild sweet hoppy pine flavour, quite smooth. Comes in nice bottle. My kind of beer.

Bottle at JohnMurdoch. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is pine hops, citrus, bit of herbs. Flavour is light malted, citrus, fairly hopped. Slight bitter finish.

Kriegbaum (845) - Randers, DENMARK - MAY 9, 2011
Bottle 12 oz. Slightly hazy yellow pour with a big creamy white head, long shelf life. The aroma is very malty, but notes of citrus maybe pineapple, grapefruit and weak. The taste fills the malty taste again, giving no sweetness. Good creamy mouthfeel, but a little flat litter acid. Overall, an IPA in the light end without much bitterness in taste and aftertaste.

Draft @ Yankees Stadium. Poured into a plastic 20oz cup, this brew has a nice golden amber color with a smooth white head. This beer has a grassy and pine-like hop flavor with a decently bodied finish.

Light golden, clear. Big white head. Sweet and not much hoppy for an IPA. Broad palate. Not my favourite IPA.

Refreshing and easy. Pretty much your typical IPA without standing out but not bad at all. Just a solid well balanced IPA. Decent enough

Bottle. Poured into a tulip glass a clear orange straw color with a i finger off white head. Pretty nice citrus aroma both with bitter and sweet notes. Medium mouthfeel. Sweet orange, grapefruit, and slight mango flavors with a drawn out bitterness that lingers on. Not overly bitter by any means but a it has a nice bite. Head has fairly good retention and leaves some lace on the glass. Overall, this is a pretty nice IPA that I would have no problem ordering or buying again.

Bought in Kansas City. I didn’t see the bottled on date until I got home and realized that it is 4 months old. Hazy gold pour, thick white head. Aroma is lemony, bitter grain husk, apple, fairly oxidized. Taste is herbal with some resinous bitterness on the finish, not much sweet citrus flavor. Seems more English than American but that could just be because of the age. I need to buy this again and look at the date next time.

355 ml bottle at Oluthuone Kaisla, Helsinki, 18/03/2011. Hazy amber colour, creamy head. Aroma of grapefruit, peach and piney hops. The flavour is caramel-malty, fruty, with an aromatic hoppy finish. Medium-bodied, moderately carbonated. Tasty and enjoyable.
