12oz twist-off bottle. Bottled on 05/26/09. golden amber color, thin white head. Aroma of honey and citrus hops. Flavor has a touch of honey, caramel malt, pale malt, and heavy bitter hops. Finishes with an Alpha bite and some wood. Not a bad American IPA, I really enjoyed this. Camons (12450) - Hasselager, DENMARK - NOV 13, 2010
Bottle @ Home. Pours light golden with nice white head. Aroma of sweet malts, light caremel, grassy and citrusslike hops. On tap at the brewpub in Chicago. Clear brassy gold. Intense, huge aroma of blood oranges, mango, light pine. Equally intense bitter citrus fruit hoppiness, tropical fruits, sweet caramel malts. In an evening filled with great brews, this was a standout. So delicious! BeerSkull (1373) - SWEDEN - NOV 7, 2010
Floral and sweet malt aroma with a slightly tart citrus scent and a slight tinge of alcohol. Great taste of floral Cascade hops and sweet malt flavor with hints of citrus and alcohol. Very good!

Bottle. Cloudy amber with an off-white head. Nose has grapefruit, caramel, pine, passionfruit. Taste is sweet then bitter, with light caramel and some tropical fruits followed by citrus and pine bitterness. The sweetness is moderate and not cloying but rather insubstantial; the hop flavours good if straightforward. Nice creamy mouthfeel. robgibbens (432) - Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA - NOV 1, 2010
aroma: sharp grapefruit aroma
appearance: golden amber with a nice head with some decent lacing
taste: crisp bitterness
palate: somewhat creamy mouthfeel but has a nice bitter aftertaste
overall: decent IPA. I was happy to see it out East after enjoying it in Wrigleyville a few years ago. jcos (1851) - Maryland, USA - OCT 22, 2010
My tasting bottle was old - over a year old. Not good for an IPA’s bitterness.
Pours a nice orange haze. Aroma is somewhat sweet. Taste is still somewhat hoppy, with light dry malt. Medium thickness.
I should try it fresh - or should have gotten it while at the Goose Island Pub in Clybourne last week - whoops. Chalsk (1104) - North Caldwell, New Jersey, USA - OCT 20, 2010
On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a pale orange color with a thite foam head. Has an aroma of citrus and heavy pine. Has a creamy bitter taste. Grapefruit notes on the finish. Some caramel throughout. Nice dry clean finish. Good hop hit. spilledpint (352) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - OCT 18, 2010

12 oz. bottle from Hyvee Marion
Ar: Nice grapefruit nose with a good deal of piney hop.
Ap: Pours a pale copper/light amber with a pillowy 1" head of tightly knit white bubbles. The head leaves a good deal of lace as it dissipates.
T: Classic citrus/light piny hops on the nose. Good piney hop bitterness on the finish.
P: Medium body with a nice creaminess from the head.
O: Great sessionable IPA.
