COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lovers dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youll remember.

Growler from Big Z Beverage. Pours a clear orange with a thick, fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, rich hop oils, tropical fruits, grapefruit, and melon rind. Flavor of plenty of citrusy hops, rich caramel malt, grassy and garlicky hops. Very tasty, superbly drinkable. This one surprised me since I never really heard anyone mention it as a top IPA, but I found it to be quite good. 8/4/8/4/15 [3.9/5]

Small white head, steadfast, lasting with a nice lace. Hazy yellow/gold color. Nose is nice, fruity, melons, citrus, has that juicey aroma. Med/light bodied, moderatly resinous, good carbonation. Juicey hoppiness plays of some faint malty notes, notes of ink, pencil shavings and light malts are well balanced and enjoyable. Dry, snappy finish, good hop flavors. Good bitterness, nice balance, easy quaffer. Surprise! Bottle procured @statelineliquors.

12 oz. bottle. Pours an orange color, with reddish and gold hues, and off white frothy head which lingers for awhile. Aroma is citrus heavy hops, a grapefruit ipa. Taste is grapefruit hops, which are evened out by some malts on the finish. This is a straightforward IPA, not trying to do anything too crazy, but it does everything quite well, would be a good selection for any occasion.

This beer pours a dark orange color with a pretty nice sized white head. Lacing around the glass sticks nicely and doesnt fade to fast. Smell of citrus and hops sticks out. Flavor of hops and malts. Slightly bitter but very good.

Very nice hoppy beer. Clean fresh tasting citrusy hops really stand out, and thick feel to it carries nice.

Sampled at Central New York Brewfest, Syracuse NY. 06FE10.

App.: Slightly hazy deep golden with a rim of white. Aroma: Really piney hops, earthy, floral, a little citrus, some caramel maltiness. Palate: Medium body and sharp effervescence. Flav.: Lots of pine hops, plenty of caramel, peachy esters, floral, earthy tones; off-dry with reasonable bitterness.

Nice IPA.
