Semi-hazy orange with moderate head that dissipates a little too quickly. Some nice lacing.
Relatively mild (for an IPA) floral and citrus hop smell, with some grainy malt. Smells more like a Pale Ale to me.
Fairly grainy, slightly fruity malts with some citrus and pine hop taste. Bitterness at the end is relatively low for an IPA. However, there are some very strong pepper notes at the end that are a little distracting.
Pretty high carbonation for an IPA, with a light to moderate body and dry finish. Not nearly as smooth as other IPAs I enjoy.
Pretty light American/English hybrid IPA that is great drinking for a summer day.
(bottle - 12 oz) Amber pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is very mild with some citrus and piney hints. Flavor is bitter with a lot of citrus notes. Some flowery notes come through at the end. Rather juicy and citrusy. Alright, but nothing special. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - OCT 22, 2009
Pours dark gold with a thick off-white head. Nice tight lacing. The aroma is malty with weak resin and pine. A light tropical citrus comes out in the flavor which combines with a lot of malt and just mild bitterness. A decent beer but I expected a little better. The bottle is about 5 months old so perhaps it’s just past it’s prime. trapez (1563) - Hilleroed, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2009
Bottle. Hops, grass and soil in aroma. Golden amber colour with white head. Fruity and hoppy flavour. Surprisingly sweet with only moderate hops bitterness.Liquorice and wood in aftertaste. DYCSoccer17 (3712) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 16, 2009
6 pack from Richard’s Grocery in Plattsburgh, NY. Born on 8/28/09. Aroma is very pleasant with hints of pine and some slight citrus. Definitely some C hops, and perhaps some simcoe. Lightly husky. Transparent copper color with a strong white head that leaves good lacing. Spicy, peppery, and herbal hop flavors to start. Some pale malts and a little earthiness is in the middle. Finishes with a little sweetness. A bit metallic, too. A very serviceable, and clean IPA.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2009 Not as strong or dry as other IPAs. The hops do not give off as much aroma as Sierria Nevada PA or IPA. It is a good beer to drink anytime. A bit above average but not great. sfhodense (4788) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2009
DØE Valby 09. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is light malt, grapefruit, citrus and peach hop. Flavour is light caramel, light bitter, light hop, grapefruit, citrus and grape. DWestrick (819) - Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 9, 2009
bottle - very nice IPA - really enjoy Goose Island beers. Solid IPA - smooth with strong characteristics. hard to beat a good IPA. zapprentice (316) - East Setauket, New York, USA - OCT 8, 2009
Decent brew. Citrus aroma (grapefruits, orange) with some graininess. Flavor similar. daknole (11402) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 7, 2009
Lightly cloudy yellowish color. Citrusy aroma dominates. Flavor is very hoppy but not crazy bitter. Decent malt bill too.
