Slightly hazy a little light with orange hue and white head.
Nice nose of hops.
Very grape fruity, and very bitter.
If only one kind of IPA existed, I could live with this one. It goes well with food, and also alone. It is just a nice beer, and although I have had better IPA’s, I will come back to this one.
Birthday present from Morten, thank you. Skeegle (566) - Maryland, USA - MAY 28, 2009
Thought this one was great. Nice and affordable as others have said, and along those lines as well it is also moderate in alcohol. I’d imagine I could drink a six pack of this stuff and neither tire of it or be too off kilter. That’s hard to find. But onto the beer.
Bright citrus bouquet of hops--orange, flowers, and lemony. The color is bright orange and not at all amber. There was a very full mouthfeel that was nice, considering this beer’s small footprint. I wish more places sold this one. This is the stuff go-to beers are made of. thefle (167) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 25, 2009
pretty solid ipa, very clean and refreshing taste. Still has a nice hop taste while not being overly strong. Not the best IPA but I’d have it again. inkubus27 (269) - highland, Indiana, USA - MAY 20, 2009
One of my favorite IPA’s and it’s pretty affordable at that. Great aroma of spicy, floral and just a hint of citrusy hops. Flavor is nice and malty but balanced well with a very clean bitterness. Palate is very nice... It’s easy to put a few of these away. bembelembe (219) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAY 19, 2009
Smooth and oily textured ale. Light amber golden body with small head. Beautifully touched by strong orange and grapefruit flavor with floral hop bitterness. Fruity-perfume smell. Dry bitter-fruity aftertaste. Medium carbonated.

Lots of frothy white head. Pours golden amber and clear. Flavor is bready, but balanced with hops. Probably the best example of a balanced IPA out there. The dryness from the malt combine with the hops to make a nice floral dry IPA. livelaughlovep (108) - Lakewood, Ohio, USA - MAY 18, 2009
Large, frothy head - appreciable lacing. Clear, sparkling amber with a thin, slightly oily body. The nose brings perfume, citrus and pine hops with a cookie-like malt backbone. The flavor is similar, earthy, herb hops with a hint of citrus and resin. Not bitter what-so-ever. Very smooth, sessionable IPA. Not the finest I have had, but the most enjoyment on the cheap, certainly.Todeon (325) - SWEDEN - MAY 17, 2009
(This is a hopheads’ review. You may find this slightly more bitter than I would. :D)
Bottle. Nice golden color. Thick white head. Aroma is really floral and fruity with plenty of fresh hops and a balanced maltbackbone. Taste is fruity and floral with some grape in there aswell. Good maltbalance to it all. Finish is bitter. Really tasty considering the 5.9 %. Trev (2023) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - MAY 16, 2009
Pours dark gold with a thick white frothy head.
Aroma is herbal hop and grapefruit citrus.
Flavour is good hop bitterness, some pale malt showing through and a bit of a thinning out towards the finish, though a nice lingering dry-ish bitterness.
Very drinkable gerrit (15) - AUSTRIA - MAY 15, 2009
Hophead beer, realy a hops lover dream but a very hard bitterness some fruit aromas and liitle bit to strong carbonation, the hops rests long in the mouth
