UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 BOTTLE / TAP: slightly hazy yellow pour, citrus hop aroma. Mouthfeel is somewhat malty/creamy, very pleasant, with a very well balanced malt/hop taste. Very good IPA. Cavie (4717) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAR 4, 2009
Dark orange pour with light amounts of sediment. Aroma of tough hops. Taste is biting on the initial, with a decent amount of hoppy bitterness. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Would like more flavors than just hops. sunevdj (4087) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - MAR 4, 2009
Pours a clear golden woth white head and lacings. Sweet with some dryness. Quite hoppy with aromas of grapefruit and slightly citric hops. Soft carbonation. Medium body. Quite dry finish. Merrill (79) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 27, 2009
Spicey shoe leather, lemon with eraser adn cheap wine. This medium yellow beer with a white short-lived head is nothing if not interesting... Flavor is pleasant, bitter and sweet with something original in the middle. Citrus and pine in an old suitcase, Very drinkable, but the finifsh makes you want somethin else, so you take another sip to get rid of the plain bitter and dust. I bet a lot of people like this beer a lot! faroeviking (10911) - FAROE ISLANDS - FEB 27, 2009

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2010 Draft. Included as part of a sampler at the brewpub. Tried many of the GI offerings over several visits to the brewpub while living in Chicago. I remembered liking pretty much everything but do not remember specifics.
3/10 - They now sell this in bottles on the east coast so I got to retaste. Upping the score as it is a pretty solid (though nothing spectacular) IPA NachlamSie (3481) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 25, 2009
Bottled on January 6, 2009. Sampled at O’Hare. Pours a cloudy orange with a good head. The aroma has suggestions of citrus, lemon drops. It’s fairly bitter, but not strong per se. The flavor is woody and lemony sweet. I don’t find a lot of hop definition, but a pleasing level of bitterness is imparted. Think session level IPA. Clean, bitter enough, sessionable IPA. tdcritch (153) - Missouri, USA - FEB 24, 2009
Not as hoppy as I like but still a great IPA. It has a sweet aroma and flavor. Mild Bitterness. Pours a dark gold color Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - FEB 21, 2009
12 oz bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. Copper orange color with creamy head. Sweet aroma with strong hoppy tropical fruit scent featuring mango, apricot and lemon. The flavor is hoppy and firmly bitter with tropical fruits and hints of honey. Soft and very drinkable, excellent. OzarkElmo (319) - Poplar Bluff, Missouri, USA - FEB 16, 2009
Bottle into Tulip. Good but not spectacular aroma, good color and lacing throughout. Medium-bodied; citrus & piney notes. An above average India Pale Ale. Good bitter finish and very enjoyable. One plus is it is the only IPA at our WM Supercenter, so Cheers to that when I need an IPA fix and am among the masses!
