COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lovers dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youll remember.

Mme si je ne suis pas un spcialiste, je trouve que cette bire IPA en bouteille 355ml est une trs bonne IPA : bien quilibre, bien houblonne (--> fruits jaunes dont pamplemousse, pices, pin), bien longue. Very good, Mr Citra !

Pours golden clear. Low carbonation and minimal head retention. Slight fruit citrus smell. Grapefruit taste, dry malt taste. Medium bitterness. Overall: very average IPA. Needs more hop aroma, carbonation and complexity.

Pours clear deep golden, with a small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light lager malts, with floral and citrus notes. Taste is malty as aroma, with bitter hops, gummy candy, citrus. Taste closer to a lager than to an IPA. Disappointing.

Bottle from Co-op. Pours clear copper. Struggled with the nose except for warm, spicy hops. Flavours of malted milk biscuits, toffee and even more hops. It has a soft oily body with a moderate carbonation. This is a bold, malty IPA with plenty of hop kick. Refreshing with plenty of body.

Obtained from a tap at Bubbas 33. New to try a Goose Island but it is a time to start. Pours a color of medium yellow along with a light foam that laces well nonetheless. I detect spruce, hay, sort of grassy. It has a slightly astringent finish with a decent little push of bitterness at the end.Decent but no great excitement.

On tap at The Bellagio. Great example of the style, plenty of citrus and pine with a touch of resin, very drinkable stuff.
