4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
This IPA is one of the most delicious and balanced I’ve ever tried. Right when you open it and pour, it welcomes you graciously to the party it has in store. It has a wonderful golden color with a burst of bubbles and a light, hoppy head that kicks things off nicely. There is no bitter burst of hops here, just a gentle, somewhat bubbly smoothness. The beer itself is very sweet and creamy, and reminded me somewhat of Three Floyd’s Gumball head with its hints of candy. There is a distinct presence of malt which balances out the hops perfectly, meaning that every sip you take a delightful and balanced. More of a malty IPA with a note of hops than vice versa, which is how most IPAs are. This is perhaps the easiest drinking IPA I’ve ever enjoyed. Perfect representation of the city of Chicago.
Pours yellow with average head. Has medium body with average carbonation. Lots of floral notes on the palate. Taste is not very hoppy but subtle. Not a very dry beer or bitter. Skarecrow (1057) - North Shore, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - JAN 21, 2018

On draught at Old Chicago.
Pours a brilliantly clear light gold, nice head of foam, lacing.
Smells of mild pine, orange, toasted malt, some fruity sweet notes.
Tastes kinda sweet, mild hoppy bitterness from pine and grapefruit, fruity, mellow.
Medium body with medium carbonation.
Good but not something I would put on my regular rotation. Hopper8 (268) - Holland, Michigan, USA - DEC 28, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2017 Honestly pretty decent and utterly drinkable. A good IPA to drink along with a meal.

Pours a clear golden colour with average carbonation. New World hop aromas of citrus and pine dominate. Taste is very much geared towards the hops with grapefruit and pine flavours dominant, with a lingering hoppy finish, but does have some nice caramel and sweet malt fruit flavours in there for balance. Enjoyable American IPA. cwill (110) - Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 25, 2017
Light amber pour with a small head. Aromas of hops, light citrus and pine. Nothing complex going on. Sweet bready malts provide a nice mouthfeel with little carbonation. Long dtime y finish. Not the best IPA, but in a pinch, like at an Eagles game, this can serve as a beer as a decent choice.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2017 It has a very strong flowery scent, if people like 1664 should like this as well, except this is a bit more bitter than 1664 beer_fanatique37 (6) - - DEC 18, 2017 does not count
I really like this. It's an English style IPA so with only 55 ibus it's IPA-lite. I'm fond of more malty beers Irish and especially Scottish ales. I do like ipas and this one is just right. Not too hoppy so you got some bready malt character coming through. The nose is very citrusy with maybe a hint of pineapple. The taste is similar a little more grapefruity which I would expect from a more hoppy beer. Reminds me a little of bass but with a more hoppy punch. If I saw this on draft I would get it for sure and could make this my go to IPA even though it is owned by ab- InBev. It's really good and for people who like hoppy mild English ipas. Some ipas are just too overpowering on the hop side and unbalanced this is surprisingly balanced.
