COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

Bottle. Pours coppery orange with smooth frothy head that lingers for a short while. Smells sweet and floral and citric, with some pine and grass. Tastes very smooth, sweet and hoppy, citric fruits present. Finishes smooth with a piney aftertaste.

Cloudy light amber color with moderate activity. Faint creamy light brown 2 finger head, lasting around 5 to 10 minutes, with a very good amount of legs. Aromas of faint pine, sweet hops, with faint flowers. Flavors of soft pine, a little hoppy and buttery, citrus lemon and orange, herbal and floral spices. Nice balance with sugary yet highly sharp feel. Smooth slick full body with prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, ending with a lingering citrus and piney coat, grassy and buttery. Overall good quality craft. Pleasant hops and not excessive. Good intensity and accessible. The smell is a little like wet cardboard with a small lack of freshness, but still alright. Does the job.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2012 Hoppy citrus aroma; tastes of tart orange peel; a big piney hop attack balanced by a sweet malty mouthfeel; a long dry hoppy finish, excellent stuff.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2007 Tampa RB Gathering Beer #12....dark amber body with a small, diminishing white head....nose of pine cones, floral hops, grapefruits, tangerines and lemons....flavor is big on the hops, but well balanced by a caramel sweet malt backbone....medium bodied, oily resinous palate....medium length, bitter, piney finish....good IPA

33 cl från Dranken geers i Gent. Oj vilka stora förväntningar jag hade på denna! Men detta är bara en dussin ipa.

Bottle in hotel in Indy. Fresh citrus aroma. Rich colour. Traditional IPA, with a good spicy aftertaste. Good to back stateside with quality IPAs all over the place. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

draft at brewpub- a nice and tasty beer with a fine crisp dry finish that I always enjoy in this style. Although far from the best in class, I would go to again.
