COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

India Pale Ale is just not my thing. There is always something about them that almost gives me a tounge stinging sensation. But this one does get points for a really great aroma.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2014 Had it out of a bottle. Poured a beautiful clear "sister" golden color. It has a fizzy head and uneven lacing. Wet basement booty stank smell belies the good but not great tasting hoppy malty IPA. I also had it on tap at the Clybourn brew pub

Pours clear deep gold with a moderate white head. Nice hoppy, fruity, malty aroma, all very well balanced. Moderate malty, moderate bitter with a nice hoppy/malty balance. Nice and refreshing.

This is a very well balanced IPA. Not overly bitter like some on the market, but enough to satisfy your palate. Nice citrusy aroma. One of my favorites from the grocery store.

Aroma: Strongly coniferous, hints of ripe fruit. Appearance: Hazy caramel color with two fingers of off white head. Leaves thick rings of lace all down the glass. Flavor: Piny and citric hops at the fruit. Notably fruity-sweet malt body, finishes grassy with apricots and biscuit, lingering floral bitterness. Palate: Juicy mouthfeel, lively carbonation.

Delicious brew. Pour is a nice light amber with a thin white head. Hoppy flavor and a nice Aroma.

Leuchtend orange zeigt sich das IPA im Glas und verströmt typisch fruchtige Aromen. Etwas Malz und eine schöne fruchtige Bitternote bilden ein rundes Geschmackserlebnis. Gut!

Decent hop presence, not a knockout, but definitely there. Good bitterness and nice malt undertone. Could have a better aroma, but overall, not too bad.

Hazy, light-golden color. Kind of like a lighter bodied iced tea. Citrus nose. Quickly diminishing head. Small amount of carbonation. Fairly bitter flavor, hoppy. Again, with citrus. Pretty good representation of the style.
